Telephone mystery calling is the most cost effective and immediate mystery shop method available.
Many clients like to call branches directly and some clients like to measure their Orderline,
Customer Services or Call Center channels.
Usually telephone calls are digitally recorded as this does not make a major difference to the
pricing. Calls are either uploaded online, or are produced onto CD (audio and PC CDs are available).
All calls are quality controlled against our standards and can be tailor made into compilation edits
based on your specific requirements.
We have recently invested in the ability to record incoming mystery calls, that are routed to a
mystery shopper’s home or mobile phone, thus giving us another dimension in recording the complete
customer experience (i.e. follow-up calls, customer service calls, etc).
